Vendor Onsite uses SMS messaging to send check-in links, visit confirmations, and operational updates. By providing your mobile number and confirming your role in a scheduled visit, you consent to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of use.
Opt-In Process
When you provide your mobile number during visit scheduling or check-in setup, you are opting in to receive automated SMS messages related to:
- Visit scheduling notifications
- Check-in link delivery
- Visit status updates
- Operational alerts
If you choose not to receive SMS, you may request check-in alternatives via email or web link.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. You may also contact us at support@vendoronsite.com to request removal from SMS communications.
After opting out, you will no longer receive messages unless you re-consent by re-entering your phone number into the system.
Message Frequency
We send SMS messages only when necessary for operational use. We do not send marketing or promotional content. Message frequency varies based on your level of activity and scheduled visits.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Vendor Onsite complies with carrier regulations under the A2P 10DLC messaging framework. All messages are permission-based and sent through a registered and vetted SMS channel.
Privacy & Data Handling
