Vendor Onsite uses SMS messaging to provide real-time updates related to your scheduled service visits. This includes check-in reminders, photo verification prompts, and time tracking confirmations. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
When you are scheduled for a job, you will receive a message like the following:
"Vendor Onsite: You've been scheduled by [Vendor Name] for a visit to [Store Name] at [Mall Name] on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 7:30 AM. Check in when you arrive: https://vendoronsite.com/pwa/6db7db4c-6637-4bd6-a2d9-9d502590ad1c/checkinIf you are not handling this visit, reply STOP.
By replying YES, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Vendor Onsite at the mobile number provided.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you do, you will no longer receive SMS notifications for future visits.
To re-enable messages, reply START.
Messages are sent only when you are assigned to a work order. The frequency of messages varies depending on how often you're scheduled by your client.
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.
We respect your privacy. Your mobile number is used only for Vendor Onsite scheduling and verification. It will never be shared or sold.
